The transition period is the transition from feudalism to capitalism, from traditionalagricultural society to modern industrial society transition period. At this importanthistorical period, the village industry development has played a vital role in thedevelopment of rural industry wide, under the British capitalism has been furthergrowth. Based on the academic outcome of the predecessors, take English for example,attempts to investigate the rural industrial development situations in different periods.In this paper, from the perspective of three aspects stand structure as follows: the firstpart: cause of the development of British rural industry. In a word, the English countryside industry has laid the material foundation for thedevelopment of modern capitalism and the industrial revolution, Britain took the lead togo on the road of modernization.
