In order to realize all of the investment projects are managed with standardization, scientization, informative and scientific, informatization, Nanning Municipal Development and Reform Commission construction of "Nanning city investment project information system" project.As an important information system, the system is used for storage, analysis, processing of the project of the city’s fixed assets investment. With the unceasingly growth of the population of people who apply for the information system of Nanning city investment project information system, and unceasingly growth of business, leaders’ demands on the system are unceasingly increased, the tasks of operation and maintenance of this system (hereinafter referred to as the "maintenance") is heavier and heavier. It especially brings great challenges to the extensive human resource management model and random communication management mode in the maintenance of this system project. Therefore, the team building and communication management of system maintenance of Nanning city investment project are very worthy for us to pay attention and make research.Through questionnaires method, observation method, conclusion method and other methods, this paper makes research on the operation and maintenance of information system of Nanning’s project, and finds out that there are many problems in human resources management process, for example, the employees’ talent can’t meet the needs of their works, talents are serious shortage, employees’ working enthusiasm is not high, maintenance work can’t smoothly follow up and other problems. There are also many problems in the process of communication management, for example, the communication of information is not smooth, information is hard to share, and the communication of information is lost and other problems. According to the method, tools and techniques of project management, and the method of combining theory and practice, this paper proposes to strengthen the management of project operation through establishing two-track system and flexible working mechanism team, so as to set up a dynamic maintenance team with higher development capacity. This paper also proposes to improve the operation, communication and maintenance of this project through establishing perfect communication schemes.These experiences and enlightenment can help me carry out project operation in the future and the author also expects that these can provide some reference value for similar project construction and operation.
