| With the rapid development of economic globalization, in order to strengthen the convergence with the international market and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, The Chinese enterprises have to speed up the process of internationalization. In order to based on the international market, The Chinese enterprises began to implement transnational management by participating in the global resources allocation and occupying the global market opportunities. However, whether the degree of internationalization of the depth can improve the performance of the enterprise become the common concern problems of the enterprise leaders and academics. To this problem, since the1970s’, the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research. But, different scholars have come to inconsistent conclusions in different studies.The Enterprise internationalization of the border province of Southwest China (Guangxi, Yunnan) business development level is lower. The Enterprise overseas direct investment is not much. Internationalization of enterprises is concentrated in the resource intensive and labor-intensive industries. International business mainly in the import and export trade of the foreign based processing. The enterprise transnational management level is low and simple. Enterprise competitiveness is weak. Under the development and integration with the global economy in the Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Zone, The enterprises of the Southwest border province of China (Guangxi, Yunnan) how to effectively use their own advantages and opportunities, to promote the internationalization strategy is a subject worthy of study.In the research, the author analyzes relationship between companies’ internationalization and their performance by empirical analysis based one the listed and internationalized enterprises located in southwest border provinces. Firstly, the author finds out the measure of Sample Firms internationalization degree index by combining with theoretical analysis and field interviews. Using the factor analysis method, the author uses the indexes of financial performance of Sample Firms to measure their comprehensive operating performance Secondly, through the performance impact of different internationalized level of the companies located in of China by using regression analysis, the author draws the conclusion that in the initial stage of the internationalization for companies located in the southwest border provinces, the level of internationalization has positive correlation influence to the corporate performance. Finally, according to the problems and features internationalization process of the listed Corporation based in the undeveloped areas in China, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve those companies’ internationalization performance. |
