ABSTRACT:In the era of economic globalization, the scope of competition in the market has changed, from a regional or national market changes into compete in the global market competition, at the same time, rapid development and rapid transmission of information technology, exacerbated the competition among enterprises in response speed, product quality and product price.How do companies continue to maintain and expand their competitive advantage, to meet customer demand, we must use and integrate raw materials, labor, capital and information resources on a global scale, and focused more on how to meet customer needs, and on the premise how to provide more valuable products and services to customers, reduce the overall cost of the enterprise, to obtain a greater return on investment. For the rational use of resources, it should be mutual cooperation between the various companies in the supply chain from worldwide, emphasizing co-operation with each other, and thus form the current competition between enterprises into competition of the supply chain between the core enterprise.X Motor Company is a typical manufacturing enterprise, in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market competition, in addition to ensure the production of high efficiency, stable quality, also to get more competitive than their competitors on purchasing costs, timely and effective supply of raw materials are extremely effective means, which is the goal of supply chain improvement. All along, X motor companies are implementing improvements in various departments within the company, especially in lean improvement conducted by expert that retired from Toyota factory, also focus on improving the supply chain, including the implementation of zero inventory, optimize logistics and transport modes, reduced supplier delivery time, improve production efficiency and more rapid and flexible response to customer demand. But the fact that X Motor Company and there is no good information management systems, there is no good to oversee the implementation, so many improvements only stay in appearance and has no real meaning of the slogan, caused a lot of loopholes in the real implementation process, not only did not play real improving, but led to an increase in internal production line stop, unstable product quality, supplier inventories increase, logistics and distribution can not be delivered on time, leading to internal and external complaints and objections, therefore, we need to check the details of supply chain management to identify the problems and propose practical and feasible improvement plan is imperative.In this paper, by using empirical analysis and based on current supply management status, starting with the analysis of critical function module of supply chain management, raised the need for supply chain management improve, and then separately from the internal and external factors the principal problem analysis of existing and proposed objectives of supply chain improvement. Finally, regards supply chain management and scientific theory as guide, combined with the current actual situation, and then presented to improve information integration and supplier strategy, optimizing logistics model, as well as on the actual needs analysis and the corresponding inventory control supply chain management improvement plan, the final effect of the improvement program were evaluated, and the feasibility of the method as well as to resolve deficiencies are summarized.
