In the rapid development of modern society, showing its strong economic growth momentum, the global economy is moving in the direction of financial integration.In thisbackdrop, the economic situation has become increasingly complex, on the one hand tomove straight upward trend of rapid development, on the one hand but also many hidden risks and problems, of which the most prominent problem is the problem of credit risk. Aswe know, the outbreak of the global economic crisis in late2008to the economic development of the world have had a great impact on the crisis to China’s market economy is very big blow to. In retrospect of China’s economic development in a market economy, driven by the rapid rise of many SMEs, their size and the number of enterprises are growing rapidly. From the existing survey data, China’s small and medium enterprises have accounted for the vast majority of the country, the number reached45million, these SMEs have a very important role in the development of our national economy, and its role is also very prominent. SMEs play a role in increasing economic growth, can not be ignored, and to solve the employment problem, alleviate social pressures also play an important role. However, there are many problems SMEs themselves, for example, less money, and generally small-scale technology is relatively backward, which caused widespread SME financing difficulties arise status quo, the fundamental reason is that banks can not be accurately their credit risk assessment. In fact, although there is the risk of lending to SMEs, but the overall credit quality is actually relatively high, banks respond properly assess credit risk before considering whether lenders. This paper focuses on the issue of the credit risk of listed SMEs conduct research using model analysis based on various assumptions, based on the country in order to find a suitable listing of SME credit risk management models. Chinese listed SMEs are more representative, more able to reflect financing, the importance of credit aspects of the enterprise. Model is more advanced risk measurement model for model parameters can be appropriately amended to make it more suitable for us to be able to study. According to the analysis of credit to SMEs can be found in its gearing ratio, business risk control ability and decision-making power to deal with risks and so are closely related. So, to ease the credit risk of SMEs, on the one hand to improve SME’s own risk control mechanisms, on the other hand also improve credit risk assessment system to be able to improve the competitiveness in China.
