With the progress of information technology and the development of commercialBanks, online banking turns out. Online Banks are provided financial products andservices which is not only including traditional bank business but also including theemerging business brought by the application of information technology to clientsthrough internet. Online Banks is the added channel of the traditional bank and theplatform of financial innovation. Online Banks break the limit of space-time and alsohave low cost, high-yield characteristics. Therefore the development of online banks hasbecome an important means of China’s commercial banks to improve marketcompetition.Although in recent years, the commercial bank online banking of our countrydevelops very rapidly, but it is still in the initial stage of development, the managementof online banking is far from perfect, there are still many problems. Therefore, the studyof commercial banks use online banking services and customer satisfaction issues in thecontext of such a development has a very important guide. This paper is to solve thisproblem, set Shenyang as an example, takes the form of a questionnaire survey, conductcommercial banking customers of online banking survey, and sample survey dataobtained using SPSS19.0software for processing, thus concluded and finally put forwardthe suggestions to our country commercial banks.
