Since Guangda Bank issued the first financial product in2004, commercial banks inour country have issued thousands of financial products every year. The scale ofcommercial banks’ financial products increases year by year, showing explosive growthsituation. The development of personal financial business not only satisfies the customerwith the high profit pursuit, but also brings considerable income of intermediate businessto the commercial banks. But in the development of the financial business of commercialbanks, there are also financial product homogeneity seriously, financial service processof banks lengthy, and personnel are lack of professional ability. According to thisbackground, how to seize the high quality customers, gain more profit, develop thepersonal financial business, deepen the connotation of financing, provide morepersonalized service for the customer, improve the core competitiveness of commercialbanks, has become the issue that Chinese banking sector must study.In this paper, through the investigation on the current situation of personal financialbusiness in C Branch of China Construction Bank Business Department, the writerfocuses on the analysis of different demand factors based on the different ages ofcustomers in the purchase of financial products. And analyze the reasons of differentdemands the customers have. On the other aspect, the writer also point out somedisadvantages of personal financial business in C Branch. At last,according to thedemand differences, causes and problems of C branch,put forward some advices toimprove the personal financial business of C branch.This paper is divided into four parts. The introduction presents the research methods,the significance of the research and the background of the research. The first chaptermainly introduces the concept, characteristics, development course and current situationof the personal financial business of Commercial Bank in our country. The secondchapter is the key part that briefly describes the design concept of the questionnaire andthe way to survey. Then the writer carries on the analysis to the survey data. Firstly, thewriter will classify the data based on family life cycle theory, then analyze the data in the class by using histogram, and describe the difference factors of demand preference basedon the different ages factors by using words. Finally, analysis of the causes of demanddifference and puts forward the problem of financial business development of C branch.The third chapter puts forward suggestions of the further development of financialbusiness of Construction Bank C branch.
