Labor force participation rate as an important indicator to measure the labor forceparticipation in social activities, has been ignored. In the annual statistics released bythe ILO, the labor force participation rate as a basic indicator will appear. In the Bureauof Statistics of China, and other statistical units, the labor force participation rate isoften a few strokes passing. China first began to publish data economically activepopulation in1994Yearbook of Labor Statistics, there is no precise data statistics of thelabor force participation rate. Because of missing data, so far, our country did not likesome contrast on foreign labor rate as age, sub-region, we can see is just a comparisonof the sum of labor force participation rates and gender. Existing research more frommacroeconomic, employment discrimination, industrial structure to study changes in theangle of the female labor participation rate. Meanwhile, the labor force participation ratein the study, the majority of scholars are, regardless of gender, age and other generalstudies, this research methods will be considered homogeneous men and women areunscientific. Due to the different countries of the working-age population and thedefinition of the economically active population, the data of each country ’s labor forceparticipation rate is inevitable there will be errors.Within the last few decades, female labor force participation rate in developedcountries the United States, Britain and other is gradually rising, while the female laborforce participation rate and the number of cases of a similar declining in developingcountries. Factors that affect women’s labor force participation can be divided intoseveral categories, own factors, family factors, macroeconomic factors, social factors,and other relevant national policies. This article from the family factors affect femalelabor force participation rate to analyze and provide some reference for future policyformulation.This paper studied the housework, child support, elderly care, marital status andother effects on female labor force participation rate by comparing some of the data andtheoretical analysis. In this paper, some of the panel National Bureau of Statistics and theWorld Bank, and other tools for use EVILWS3.1regression analysis of its influencingfactors. The regression results are given in economics and interpretation. Our female labor participation rate is high or low, is to have a yardstick to measure.In this paper, what kind of female labor force participation is given a reasonableexplanation. Finally, some suggestions that the policy is not only to take into accountfactors that affect women themselves and macroeconomic factors, also taking intoaccount family factors.
