Since the supply chain of electricity business is long, the current system which needs to operate across over business, marketing systems and low-voltage distribution network systems, is supported by the relevant the business process. The systems of marketing, production, and distribution are relatively independent to each other. Howerver, due to the "customer-centric" service concept, the current model has limited the development of electricity services to meet the power requirements of the development of social services in the future. Hence, the information isolated island must be connected among marketing department, production department and distribution sectors, which achieves a higher degree of sharing and business collaboration within the enterprise data, achieves marketing and meticulous management of manufacturing operations, and improves customer service quality in order to create a good corporate image of power.In this essay, obeying the principle of combination between theory and practice, the application of project management with marketing-distribution integration is used to figure out new business development and effective power management mode. For instance, we will mainly study and analysis the practical application and benefit of Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau after applied marketing-distribution integration appoarch. This essay introduces marketing-distribution integration and practical work which lead to reorganize of the traditional distribution network production, marketing, distribution network construction project planning and other business process reengineering conducted. Through the construction of marketing-distribution integration system, the business of resources distribution and business operation will organically combine, enabling data sharing and the seamless connection of cross-department process, so that it builds up "one-stop " customer platform, provides service through the use of live-time integrated information services distribution network, and ultimately achieves "customer-centric" service concept, based on platform of the marketing-distribution project.
