A Study On Benefit Analysis And Implementation Approach Of Integration Of Industry And Finance Of YEIG

Integration of industry and finance refers to economic phenomenon and development trend of the interaction and collaboration between industry and the financial,which deeply interpenetrate with one another in in respect of capital and manpower resource and enter each other’s home range and ultimately form the entity of industry and finance.Integration of industry and finance is the natural product of market economy development at a certain stage meanwhile it is ramification of making benefits maximized in industry. For energy industry, implement of integration of industry and finance has important implications in improving the benefit in aspect of economic social and environmental as well as gaining healthy increase of company benefit and achieving sustainable development.Through a great deal of documentation and social research, three things are done in this paper:First, to benchmarking analyze development modes and ways of integration of industry and finance on energy state-owned enterprises then conclude by summarizing those modes of integration of industry and finance and find out the distance with those Country elites. Second, to set up benefit analysis evaluating index system of integration of industry and finance and such analysis methods could be provided to YEIG (YEIG is the short name for YUNNAN ENERGY INVESTMENT GROUP) and similar enterprise.Third, by analyzing benefit of types of modes of integration of industry and finance, based on establishment of benefit analysis evaluating index system,to make suggestions on implementation approach of integration of industry and finance on YEIG and present related recommendations.Appling the results of the research in practical cases, it is necessary and feasible for YEIG to implement its integration of industry and finance. Simultaneously, on the basis of benefit analysis evaluating index system YEIG should Select the best solution and make the optimal decision among kinds of implementation approaches. This thesis proposes that it is the main goal to set up a financial company of YEIG’s own for implementing its integration of industry and finance at the present stage. The approach is to apply for a financial company and put forth effort to make it into the core platform for YEIG’s integration of industry and finance then make the company’s effect adequately, intensify centralized management of capital and hierarchical dispatching, improve the efficiency of YEIG’s internal capital utilization. In the meantime YEIG should strive for new qualifications for finance business and increase capacity of providing financial services for the whole group and member units.
