With the deepening reform of the electricity market, competition in electricity markets is becoming increasingly fierce side. For the multiple attributes of the power generation enterprise, the pursuit of profit maximization, value optimization, return to shareholders, repay society is becoming the core of the power generation enterprise vision. However, the power generation enterprise have to facing many uncontrollable tough questions, for example the tariff factors, energy prices, etc. Ensuring stable operation of the enterprise is becoming a key objectives focus on the power generation enterprises.How to effectively identify the potential business risks, prevent and reduce the impact on production caused by operational risk, to protect normal and stable operation of power plants, and improve the quality and effectiveness of the daily management and operation, which became the daily management of major power generation companies content.This paper study on comprehensive risk management for Guohua Suizhong Power Generation. Firstly, this paper study on the comprehensive risk management theory and the research dynamics at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the theory research, this paper analyze the current situation, necessity and feasibility of the risk managemen in Guohua Suizhong Power Generation. Thirdly, this paper give a system design of the comprehensive risk managemen based on the "three-line system" for Guohua Suizhong Power Generation, and do the risk identification and control research for Guohua Suizhong Power Generation. This paper aimed at providing solutions and practical reference for the promotion of the comprehensive risk management theory and applications in the power generation industry of China.
