State Grid Corporation of China proposed "three sets of five" management mode, power marketing will be the introduction of "major marketing" mode in future. The county power supply company is the most basic company of State Grid Corporation of China. It’s the most customer service, but also the most closely relationship with customers. It provides customers with the face to face contact services, service quality is closely related to the economic interests of enterprises and State Grid Corporation of China’s brand image. The people’s demand for power is increasing, the service requirement for the power supply enterprise State Grid Corporation of China is also increasing, and this requires us to power supply enterprise continuous innovation in the marketing service. The traditional service industry through the introduction of contact point management, lets the customers feel happy in a full range of services, so that customers have a value consistent with expectations of perceptual knowledge, improve the competitiveness of the enterprise products and brand image. In view of contact point management theory in the traditional service industry communication, restaurant, success, will contact point management theory is introduced to the county power supply enterprise, will guide the county power supply enterprise marketing service level have a qualitative leap, the future will serve the entire State Grid Corporation of China.According to the characteristics of county power supply enterprise marketing services, were observed through customer service center business outlets in the customer’s behavior, find all contact points of the county power supply enterprise when it provide marketing services, and then through the methods of customer questionnaire and staff questionnaire to find to the key points of contact, according to the theory of contact point theory and the peak and end rule the contact point, aiming at these key put forward corresponding management countermeasures. In the end the power supply company of Ningyang County as an example and puts forward the management countermeasures of marketing service point of contact.
