Abstract/Summary:
The medical instrument is the one of fastest growth and most activity industry in the world now. Despite it is starting late in China, the size of medical instrument industry has been grown almost 6 times in the last ten years in the 21st century. However, the vast potential brings big competition. The medical instrument enterprise is not only competing with the domestic enterprises but also competing with international medical instrument companies. How to work out to defeat competitors and win the markets? This paper is going to discuss how to deal that situation. At the same time, by using examples and multiple regression and correlation which provides solution for the problem of customer satisfaction in the industry from survey at the same time. As a result by using Peak-End Rule, the factor to affect customer satisfaction comes from the whole process of experienced enterprise products,So the adequacy of considering would get better comparing to the past. Through identifying the peak or end moment from customer satisfaction factors to exclude those interfere analysis's factors as possible in order to improve customer satisfaction in special, avoiding mess up. This paper shows different approaches and perspectives to research customer satisfaction, and establishes method model. The establishment of the theory provides a useful supplement.
