Research On Power Grid Construction Project Legal Risk Management

Grid as a important infrastructure construction projects, which is the development of national economy and the foundation of all other industry to develop. However,based on the characteristics of the power grid itself and the characteristics of the power grid construction complex, difficult, etc, the risks of power grid construction everywhere. Therefore, the study of power grid construction project risk management is very necessary, legal risk management based on grid construction as the starting point and hope through this study to construct the legal risk prevention and control system of power grid construction, realize the smooth construction of the power grid and the safe and stable operation.This article first expounds the research background and significance of the power grid construction legal risk, and introduces the research status in China and abroad. Secondly, this paper expounds the concepts of risk, legal risk and analyzes the implementation process of the construction of the power grid, and summarizes the characteristics of power grid construction of the legal risks.
