| With the rapid development of chain enterprises and modernization in China,commodities has unified, the scale of the chain operations has appeared, which causesmuch attention by the industry. People care about issues such as information management,product structure, customer, capital operation and management and so on. These aspects aredirectly related to the efficiency and sustainable development of chain business. If anenterprise wants to live, it largely depends on its capital chain and cash flow. Thus, how tomanage the capital is a topic which needs to be concerned and discussed.In this paper, we use Datong Pine Food as an example. Under the circumstance ofchanging of its industrial structure and business model, it faces four problems which needto be solved. First, capital management system has not established, it is difficult to make ascientific prove for decision-making. Second, the utilization of capital is not enough. Third,the information is not smooth, financing channels are narrow and financial cost is high.Fourth, the lack of information media results in the distortion of accounting information. Ifsenior managers make predictions based on inaccurate information, it may causes the lackof precise cash flow estimates. It will be difficult to do advance planning for next yearaccording to the previous capital situation. Therefore, the effective use of capital is thefocus of Pine Food. After learning from well capital management of baking industry andfive modes of capital centralization management, Pine Food has proposed a new outline ofbusiness models. As an important part of its strategy and tactics, centralized managementhas been put on the agenda. Through practical research Pine Food has began to adoptcentralized capital management program which called "Finance by the imprest plan-driven,seek unify of revenue and expenditure", and to build methods and experience that worthyfor reference to the development of capital management of local bakery chain industry. |
