With the rapid development of economy, the manufacturing level of China has been improved significantly. But china only is manufacturer, not a manufacturing powerhouse, and also is in the intermediate stage of industrialization. Most enterprises in our country is still the most low-end manufacturing. The main reason is that the capacity of independent innovation is weak in our country’s manufacturing industry. Many equipments and advanced technology also need to rely on foreign companies. In recent years, because of increased labor costs, land and environmental resources are limited. Profit is become more and more smaller for the low-end manufacturing enterprise. From the perspective of the manufacturing industry chain in the smile curve front-end and back-end design research and development and after-sales service link is the high added value link, if you want to change the status of China’s manufacturing industry, the enterprise must carry out transformation and upgrading. The equipment manufacturing industry is the core of the manufacturing component, in the equipment manufacturing industry chain, supporting enterprises is one of the important link, while.our country’s verall competitiveness of manufacturing, is weak.The main research is having equipment manufacturing industry as the background, combining combine the actual conditions of a complete set of equipment manufacturing industry and analyze a complete set of equipment manufacturing industry service transformation pattern and value analysis.Firstly, review and summarize the theory of the service transformation, refine the meaning of service transformation, analyzes the general process of transformation, the reason of transformation and the transformation mode from manufacturing enterprise to service. Secondly, we deeply study the capacity model of the service transformation and transition mode. Finally, we take YN enterprise as an example, construct the model of enterprise service transformation mode and evaluate the value of the YN enterprise service transformation model. Then we summarize the research conclusion, and find out the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the further perfection and improvement Suggestions.Main research object of the paper is supporting equipment manufacturing enterprise service transformation of the mode and the value analysis of the selected mode.Through in-depth study, service transformation ability analysis model and service transformation mode choice model are established. In the analysis part of the service transformation value, the5first-level evaluation factors and16two-level of evaluation factors are selected to with the enterprise service transformation of the mode of value analysis and evaluation factor system model equipment manufacturing. The main research methods are:using the method of AHP and expert scoring to determine the weights of evaluation factors, and using the fuzzy evaluation to evaluate method service transformation mode value, for supporting the later equipment manufacturing enterprise service transformation of reference and enhancing the enterprise market competitiveness.
