Agricultural land classification appraisal is the primary means toevaluate the quality of the agricultural land. The “regulation for gradation onagriculture land qualityâ€,“regulations for classification on agriculture landâ€and “regulations for valuation on agriculture land†is as study basis. TheClassification and valuation of arable in agricultural land was conducted inclassification by study the Huangjing County in Inner Mongolia. The studyhas very important practical significance, which provide a reference for futuretransfer of agricultural land, agricultural land and basic farmland marketdelineation workThe results were as follows:(1) the farmland of quality grade in huangjing county were divided into4nature grades,5utilize grades and6economic grades. Good qualityagricultural land is mainly distributed Shanba land and other townssurrounding areas, which is very small, accounting for all cultivated area1/4in the county. Agricultural land is divided into four levels. The geographicalextent of impact level and price level is large. The grade is from the towncenter outward extending Shanba center, which showed radiate pattern. Thebenchmark price of agricultural land is between0.7-2.66yuan/mu.(2) Agricultural land level was conducted by using geographicinformation system technology (ARCGIS and MAPGIS), which not onlyimprove work scientific, accuracy and efficiency, but also established acounty level of agricultural land database and achieve a field level linkage andinformation inquiry by plots of agricultural land in the Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region.(3) Hangjinhouqi agricultural land appraisal study is the technologyroadmap of “first re-grading classification, the final valuationâ€. Agriculturalland levels use the modified method. The results of classification are as an important factor and consider in the computation. Agricultural land becomesthe benchmark price level with clear land conditions, which provide facilitatescientific and reasonable price to determine agricultural land. |
