Cultivated land productivity is the embodiment of the cultivated land resource value, and then, improving and protecting the cultivated land productivity become an important way to ensure national food security and to achieve sustainable socio-economic development. Bayan as a typical agricultural county in Black Soil Region of Songnen High Plain is one of the important commodity grain base in China. So, mastering its space distribution rule and the relationship among impact factors will be beneficial to the reasonable use of cultivated land resource in black soil area. Research results have important theoretical and practical significance to promote regional grain production capacity, protect the area of cultivated land resources, safeguard national food security, promote the sustainable use of land resource, and realize the sustainable development of the whole society.This paper takes the potential productivity of light and temperature (climate) in Bayan of The Regulations of Farmland Grading as the reference value, uses potential decay method to calculate theoretical productivity, potential and actual productivity of Bayan county and other towns, and analyzes Bayan County cultivated land integrated productivity and the space differentiation on the potential productivity of using and strength. Besides, we select25natural ecosystems and socio-economic factors influenced cultivated land productivity of the study area, use GA_BP dimensionality reduction method, path analysis, multiple regression analysis and full quadratic regression analysis, combine with the correlation analysis among the impact factors, analyze deeply single effect, the interaction relationship and complex function of factors to cultivated land productivity and ensure the direction and strength of the impact factor on cultivated land productivity, so as to provide a reference for improving the regional production capacity and provide technical supports on quality management of cultivated land, the implementation of land consolidation planning, dynamic monitoring and protection of cultivated land.The results showed that:(1) we take corn crops as the benchmark crops in Bayan county in2009, and the calculation results show that the theoretical productivity of unit is1552.43kg/mu, the potential productivity of unit is1056.07kg/mu and the actual1056.07kg/mu of unit is720kg/mu of cultivated land; that is shows that the theoretical productivity, the potential productivity and actual productivity of it respectively are547(104t),372(104t) and254(104t). The theoretical utilization potential and achievable utilization potential respectively are496.36kg/mu and336.07kg/mu. Then the theoretical intensity of use and achievable intensity of use both are0.68.(2)Spatial distribution rules of the theoretical productivity, achievable productivity and actual productivity of per unit yield are basically identical in Bayan county, the overall trend of the of per unit yield is gradually reduced from southwest to northeast. Then the northwest and south is higher, central take second place, lower in the northeast, which are the specific performances. And the spatial distribution rules of the theoretical productivity, achievable productivity and actual productivity in total is also basically identical, the productivity decreases gradually from northwest to southeast, which specific performance are that the northwest is the highest, the central and the northeast take second place, lowest in the southeast. Spatial distribution rules of the potential utilization potential is the north higher than the south, and the west is higher than the east, which is different from the spatial distribution rules of the achievable utilization potential that is higher in southwest, lower in central, and the west higher than the east. Spatial distribution rules of theoretical use intensity is lower both in the west and the east, higher in central, and increasing after falling from the south and north to central. Conversely, spatial distribution rules of achievable use intensity is higher in the west and the east, lower in central, and to fall after increase from the south and the north to the central.(3) Difference vegetation index DVI, landform type, slope, the layer thickness of black soil, organic matter, the degree of mechanization and irrigation potential (which are) influence cultivated land productivity of Bayan county greatly are the main influence factors.(4) ingle actions of7main factors including difference vegetation index (DVI), slope, geomorphic type, black soil thickness, organic matter, mechanization degree, irrigation potential are great, and the strongest action intensity to productivity is mechanization degree, the weakest is black soil thickness. Except for the slope that has a negative effect, the other six factors have a positive effect to cultivated land productivity in study area. The synergy actions intensity of7main factors to the cultivated land productivity are strong, and the synergy action intensity of other influential factors and geomorphological type is the strongest and is positive; while the synergy actions of5-group-relative factors forming from other influential factors and7main factors play a significant part to the cultivated land productivity, and the strongest synergy action intensity to productivity is chemical fertilizer application and mechanization degree, which is also positive. The effect mechanisms of influential factors show that single action and synergy action of main factors to the cultivated land productivity is the major effect mechanism.
