Knowledge gap not only affects the innovation process and the efficiency ofinnovation in supply chain enterprises, but also restricts the formation of corecompetence. But from another perspective, the knowledge gap also providesenterprises with the eternal power of organizational learning and communication.Interactive learning is a suitable entry point to resolve knowledge gaps, which canimprove the knowledge exchange awareness and the knowledge value awareness ofinnovation nodes, promote the upgrading of regional inno vation capability, help toreduce the cost of scientific research and scientific discovery. Supply chainenterprises should establish win-win situation awareness, learn interactively on thebasis of trust and commitment, choose the appropriate learning path to achieveinformation sharing and knowledge innovation, and effectively compensate orenterprise’s knowledge gap.Based on the theoretical basis of the relevant knowledge in supply chain,enterprise knowledge management and knowledge gap and gap management, thispaper describes the member enterprises of the knowledge chain characteristics andtypes of knowledge gaps, analyzes interactive learning processe on the basis of theknowledge gap and the effects on enterprise’s knowledge gap by interactive learningprocesse, describes the quantitative relation between interactive learning process andthe knowledge gap, analyzes the basic factors of interactive learning process in theenvironment of enterprise supply chain, describes the driving force and dynamicmechanism of enterprises’ interactive learning based on the knowledge gap, exploresthe interactive learning path among the supply chain enterprises. The final case studyis the analysis of the knowledge gaps and interactive learning paths of Toyota supplychain, which analyzes of the knowledge gaps and interactive learning process ofToyota supply chain, describes the learning path of the combination of "wheel" typeand the internal member companies combine learning in Toyota supply chain,proposes safeguards for Toyota supply chain to make up the knowledge gap based oninteractive learning.
