The township and village enterprises occupies an important place in the county economy in Fujian province. As one of the ten top economic counties in Fujian province for many years, the gross domestic product of Changle is43.688billion yuan in2012. Which the main part of township enterprises gross industrial output value is27.002billion yuan, the proportion is61.81%. Changle city is located in the coast of Fujian. It is the birthplace of "grassroots" industry in China. With the advancement of urbanization and industrialization in recent years, The development of Changle township enterprise is facing the restriction of land shortage in the process of construction of the West Strait Economic Zone in our province. How to improve the level of land intensive use of township enterprises has become the inevitable requirement.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of this research.Then it explains the research situation of land intensive use at home and abroad, technical route and research methods, and points out the possible innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter defines the related concepts of this study, the concept of township enterprises and the concept of land intensive use.Then this part introduces the land rent and land price theory, the land location theory,the theoretical basis of the law of diminishing returns of land and the theory of sustainable use of land. The third chapter introduces the research area of Changle city, describing the natural geography of and social economy development and the industrial development situation of Changle city. It shows the practical problems the amount of cultivated land which can be adjusted to the use of township enterprises is dropping, and it is hard to be adjusted. But the phenomenon of overall low land utilization is still existing. Then to take Heshang town of Changle city as a case analysis of township enterprises land empirical. The analysis showed that the township enterprises in the land use structure mainly is the workshop and warehouse facilities. But with the new industrial project construction land guidance, the integrated volume rate is still a big gap on strength index. And the land investment intensity also has the space to be increased. The fourth chapter is to evaluate the township enterprises in Changle city land intensive use. This part analyzes the impact of Changle city land intensive use of township enterprises, then to construct the evaluation index system of township enterprises in Changle city land intensive use evaluation. The results show that the current land use of Changle city township enterprises is generally appropriate use level, and it has not reached the level of intensive use level. The fifth chapter points out the potential, and the potential consists of two aspects. One is the potential of using land, mainly from the exiting township enterprise land interior modulation and township land consolidation potential. The other is unused land development, mainly from the development and utilization of grassland and the beach. The sixth chapter is to put forward policy suggestions on basis of the analysis of current situation and evaluation of land use for township enterprises in Changle city.The suggestions include the implementation of land consolidation, land layout planning control, the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, perfect the the cadre assessment mechanism.
