With the rapid development of global economy, the market competition is changing quickly. Enterprises tend to pursue the quick and safe arrival of commercial paper, sample and high precise article in the business activities. Meanwhile, more and more consumers want to buy the necessities indoor. The huge demand in market makes the traditional goods as a kind of transportation Express Service that has two characteristics:quickness and door to door. Since our country had joined WTO, modern express service industry had become a tool that foreign businessmen use to widen the investment field in China and new popular investment spot. Because of such Omni-directional disparity as on management, service quality, scientific and technological level, brand strength, etc., express logistic enterprises is facing the enormous challenge that the world express giants bring. Therefore, for the express logistic enterprises in our country, it is so urgent to think about how to seek and excavate their own competition advantage in fierce competition.Based on consulting a large number of lists of references, it has elaborated classical competition advantage and competitiveness theory in details. It has described the current situation of the development of our country’s express logistic industry and market situation. And it has built the frame of evaluation system of competition advantage in express logistics enterprise. Through evaluating all the indicators of express logistic enterprise’s competition advantage, it has drawn the contribution degree of every factor that forms to enterprise’s competition advantage of the express logistics. In the process of the indicators evaluation, it has used both the ration and qualitative method to evaluate the important degree of every indicator.
