Data Quality Assessment Research On Industrial Added Value Based On Multi-dimensional Evaluation Methods

Industria l added value refers to industria l enterprises represent the fina l results ofindustria l production in the money form during the reporting period. It is an importa ntpart of the gross domestic product (GDP) and occupy the proportion of GDP of a third.To a large extent, industria l added value determines the State and the public to judgethe economic develop ment s ituation, it is the important basis for the natio nal a ndenterprises policy decis ions, and the data quality directly affect the governme nt andenterprise economic deve lopment of the later. Therefore, the data quality of theindustrial added value multidimensional assessment has the vital significance.This article first introduced the industria l added value of the multi-dimens iona levaluation research purpose, significance, the domestic and foreign deve lopmentpresent situation as well as the innovation of this article, and then the statisticalmethod of industria l added va lue was investigated as well as analyzed the productionand release of all aspects of the statistical syste m. Then, we introduce the internationa lmature data qua lity assessment system in the third chapter, by comparing withinternationa l mature data qua lity assessment syste m, we establis h the industria l addedvalue of data qua lity e valuatio n index syste m, the index syste m consist o f the method,accuracy, time liness, consistenc y, integrity, professiona l independence, rele vance, andavailabilit y, and every dimens ion inc ludes three specific indicators respective ly.According to the industria l added value of data qua lity index eva luation system, thisarticle in the fourth chapter assess the multi-dimens iona l of industrial added valuequality separately fro m the Angle of the added value of ind ustria l productio n and theusers are satis fied.The added va lue of industria l productio n Angle assessme nt of drawlessons fro m the internationa l monetary fund (IMF) multi-dimens ional multistageevaluation method, by analyzing our country’s industrial statistics to stand by thedegree of each index in practice, we can draw a finally adhere to the scale. Due to theAngle of productio n assessment can’t get the comprehens ive evaluation results, so, inthis paper, we also apply the fuzzy comprehens ive eva luation method to evaluate fromthe perspective of the user, after processing, we get the scores of each dime ns ion andthe fina l composite scores, the scores were used to judge the quality of the our countryindustria l production data. According to the two dime nsiona l eva luation results andcomb ined with the situation o f our country’s industrial production statistics, we proposed to establish the perfect eva luation system, improve the leve l of ind ustria lstatistics data and improve the transparency of industrial production data statistics.
