Research On The Method Of Assessing Quality Risks In Building Defects Insurance Systems

The construction quality in the construction quality insurance system as the research object, this paper studied the evaluation system. Firstly, this paper introduced the construction quality insurance system,including the policy holder、the insured and the insurance coverage、period and operation procedures. Secondly, this paper introduced Technical Inspection Service, including the effect、working content and working procedure.Finally, this paper studied construction Quality evaluation method and designed evaluation system.The study provided beneficial reference for the insurance companies to implement difeeerent insurance rates.
