In 2018,the domestic car ownership has exceeded 200 million units,but the per capita number is not high.The growth of the number of cars and the gradual enhancement of the national insurance awareness have all provided strong support for the expansion of the car insurance market.However,with the entry of foreign insurance companies into the domestic market,the competition in the insurance industry has intensified.How to improve the quality of car insurance services for domestic insurance companies has become a relevant expert.Important issues of research.Based on the domestic and foreign research literature on automobile insurance business services,this paper comprehensively analyzed the theory of service quality evaluation,combined with SERVQUAL evaluation model,combined with the actual characteristics of automobile insurance business,put forward a quality evaluation scale related to the current situation of automobile insurance business services in China.Taking Guizhou Branch of AB Insurance as an example,this paper evaluates the existing problems of service quality of automobile insurance business of Guizhou Branch of AB Insurance at the present stage,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions on this basis.Research conclusions: AB Insurance Guizhou Branch's business service on automobile insurance is above the medium level,but each index alone,AB Insurance Guizhou Branch's automobile insurance business needs to be improved.The company should provide training on insurance business to employees,improve the overall level of information,enhance enterprise customer information security,improve off-site supervision system,and improve customers.The return visit system will introduce the relevant automobile insurance products and services to customers in detail,and establish and improve the social supervision and management mechanism of customer service quality for employees of AB Company.
