Therefore, it proves thatanalysis the financial risks of Taloph Pharmaceutical Corporation has great practicalsignificance in fighting against financial crisis.Based on the theories related to financial ri sk pre-warning conducted by scholarsat home and abroad which analyzes the shortcomings of current research to specifythe reason for using the method of entropy and efficiency coefficient. Then theentropy and efficient method of financial risk early warning theory are explained.Through analyzing the risk of internal and external environment of Taloph, the paperdisplayed the significance of establishing the perfect warning system of finan cialrisks. On this basis, combining with the characteristics of pharmaceutical industry andfinancial status of Taloph, the entropy and functionality-coefficient method areutilized to construct the pre-warning system of financial risk from four aspects whichare profit-making ability, working ability, debt paying ability and growth ability. Thenthe paper applies this system to Taloph, analyzes and verifies the results of riskswarning. Finally, combined the result of the financial risk early warning, the paperpresents the way to against Taloph financial risk.This paper creatively combines the entropy and the efficiency coefficient method,thus overcoming the limitations of subjective factors. In a ddition, the pre-warningsystem has the instruction function that provided by this paper to predict and againstfinancial crisis, and also gives a scientific basis for financial risk management ofTaloph.
