Mechanism Study And Empirical Analysis Of The New Industrialization Promoting The Development Of County Economy

County economy is not only a fundamental part of national economy but also thefootstone of local economy. Vigorously developing the county economy is aninevitable choice of China’s economic development and its level and the quality ofdevelopment has an important impact on the entire national economy. As an importantstrategic direction of China’s industrialization, the new industrialization is the key ofboosting the county economic development and insists on promoting industrializationby informatization as well as boosting informatization by industrialization becomesthe essential energy to push forward the sustainable development of county economy.Therefore, taking advantage of new industrialization to promote the economicdevelopment of the county has proved to be a priority in today’s national economicwork.According to the domestic and the foreign research achievements as well as thecollection of relevant county data of national and each province, the thesis analyzesthe industrialization process of county economy in our country and the problemsexisting in the present, and then, with these reality basis, probes the mechanism ofnew industrialization promoting the development of county economy, and with theelaborating of the connotation and characteristics of the new industrialization as wellas the main mode of new industrialization promoting the development of countyeconomy, concludes the paths of new industrialization promoting the development ofcounty economy. The thesis then selects a series of indicators of new industrializationpromoting the county economy in accordance with the new industrialization indexsystem and related influence factors of economic development, using stata software tobuild a multivariate regression model for the empirical analysis in line with panel dataof35counties from2008to2012, discussing the existence and degree of influencefrom the new industrialization to county economy in terms of industrialization processand structure, industrialized quality and sustainable development of the industrialdevelopment potential. Finally, combining the results of the front analysis, givingmacro-control and micro operational countermeasures of and suggestions of newindustrialization promoting the development of county economy from optimizing theindustrial structure, enhancing the level of industrialization; transforming the methodof economic development, promoting the technological progress and development of human resources; accelerating the development of information and fostering neweconomic growth points; boosting the county urbanization, and strengthening thetown’s gathering functions; constructing the ecological county, establishedconservation-oriented modern industrial system.
