Analysis Of Financing Behaviors Of Listed Companies

Financing problem is a key point in the operation of companies. Many scholars have examined the financing preference of listed companies in China and get different results. The majority argues that the preference in China is different from that in the USA. Companies prefer equity than debt.The financial crisis generates huge impacts on world economy. The financial market in China also changes. Stock market turns down and banks are more cautious about loans. Therefore, the financing strategies of companies should change. The focus of this dissertation is to find how the financing behaviors of listed companies in China changes during these years, especially in the financial crisis.The first and second parts of the dissertation introduce this topic and review the relevant literature. The third part is the descriptive statistics which analyzes10-year data to find the general changes of financing structure in China. The fourth part is the econometrical analysis part which tests the change of influencing factors of financing strategies. The remainder part is the conclusion of the whole dissertation.
