The Research On The Realization Of The Transitional Community’s Land-lost Farmers Urbanization

Currently, China is in a rapid development period of urbanization. Because of local government,a large number of transitional communities which is different from the characteristics of the other countries are generated. Without ready-made model to learn,there are still exist many problems for these transitional communities to realize citizenization. This paper is based on this background. We select the South Tang Yin community as a special case, and refer to domestic and foreign related theory about the citizenization of the peasants, to explore the road to realize public life. We found that the key to realize citizenization is the obtain of civil rights. This paper mainly discusses the civil rights from four aspects as economic compensation,employment, social culture and government input.At present, the widespread problem of the transitional community including the South Tang Yin communities is the insufficient given about civil rights. Specifically as follows:the inadequate land compensation, the lack of employment services, poor social and cultural life and the shortage of government investment.Based on the hypothesis of economic person, with more benefits such as adequate land compensation, fully employment service, rich social and cultural life and enough government investment,They are more willing to the propulsion of citizenization.
