The key to transformation and upgrading of tally industry is Tally service innovat-ion. Adhere to the third party impartiality is tally industry meaning. This paper, through the perspective of service innovation and integration of research methods, to analyze the present situation of the domestic Tally service industry, innovations of the domestic Tal-1y industry, the overall structure of the Tally service innovation, the approach of Tally service innovation, inside and outside factors of influencing Tally service innovation, the driving force of Tally service innovation, formed the research of the Zhuhai Tally service innovation based on the third party impartiality.The dissertation consists of the following four parts:The first part include the chapter one and chapter two, mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper, concept definition of the third party impartiality, related literature review, the service innovation theory, enterprise competitive advantage theory, the service creative value chain, the four dimensional model of service innovation and the driving force model of service innovation.The second part, namely chapter three, include to analyze Current service situation analysis of tally industry both domestic and overseas, development course of domestic Tally industry, scope of business and services, market status and related laws and regulations, Tally institutions abroad, domestic tally situation and main problems of service innovation.The third part, namely chapter four, the Zhuhai Tally service innovation, is the key of the research, including the introduction of Zhuhai Tally basic information and service innovation course, use four dimensions analysis model, Zhuhai Tally service innovation with the domestic tally industry classified comparison, portrays the Zhuhai tally service innovation present situation; make use of service innovation driving force model, an tally the driving force of the service innovation elements one by one, to reveal the inherent law of tally service innovation, pointed out the direction of improving Zhuhai tally the service innovation ability.The fourth part, namely chapter five and chapter six, tally service innovation promote strategy and conclusion, including the proposed sets up the third party impartial tally service innovation philosophy, a combination of measures to promote tally service innovation ability, and the concrete measures of improve zhuhai tally service innovation, the paper’s main conclusions, innovations and further research prospect in the future, etc.
