The Research On Rural Finance In New Rural Construction Of Yunnan

Building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China’s modernization process of the sixteen session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the party in the party and the country, is to comprehensively well-off and modernization, major strategy of industrialization, urbanization. The rural finance has the important status and role in the construction of new socialist countryside. At present, the rural financial products and services, means of expanding financing channels continue to widen, the rural financial culture construction was strengthened. But there is also the rural financial ecological environment, rural insurance market development lags behind and the rural financial system reform backward problem. The state should increase efforts to foster and support the rural financial development, to further standardize the financial behavior, encourage and attract more agricultural insurance system and improve rural financial environment.In this paper, from the development process of the rural finance supports the new rural construction in Wenshan Yunnan Province, find the existing problems. By comparison with experience of foreign financial support for the new rural construction, find out the differences. And put forward improvement opinions and suggestions to the public policy of our country’s present rural financial support to new rural construction, hope to promote the development of Yunnan’s rural finance supports the new rural construction faster and better.The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the study, the study’s main content and research ideas. and the paper introduces research results and experience of China and abroad rural financial support of the new rural construction; the second chapter introduces the rural financial construction of Wenshan,Yunnan Province; the third chapter analyzes problems and practical difficulties of Wenshan during the new rural financial construction; the fourth chapter analyzes the solutions of Wenshan in new rural financial construction. The last part based on the analysis of the above objective on the content, summed up the specific measures and development direction of public policy adjustment of rural finance supports the new rural construction in Yunnan Province.
