The Research Of Development Mode Of Electronic Information Industry In West China

Electronic information industry is an emerging high-tech industry. After decades of development, it has become the most viable industries in the world today. Currently, many countries’strategic choice is to find the electronic information industry whose features is value-added products space, industrial promotion ability, raising well in transition, providing a wide range of employment opportunities, innovations associated. In this context, China has also supported for the development of electronic information industry strongly and put it into the priority cultivation of strategic emerging industries. With the deepening of the Western development, electronics industry chain is transferred to West. As for the Western region, electronic information industry has leaded to the industrial transformation and economic development. Given this, this article is based on the industry competitiveness evaluation system and the evaluation of Western area electronic information industries’development situation from quantitative angle comprehensively. The author researches the development mode of western provinces electronic information industry and the problem of this mode. We should take corresponding of optimization measures to promoting the fast development of western area electronic information industries.Firstly, this paper describes the definition the mode and theories of industry development.Secondly, the author analyze the basic situation of China’s electronic information industry and the development trend of electronic information industry in the Western region. Once again, the author establishes electronic information industry competitiveness evaluation index system to analyze the development of electronic information industry in the Western region. Evaluating on the basis of the results, the author defines the development mode of China’s electronic information industry in other provinces which combined with the Industrial development division of the model standards. Finally, the author gives the recommendations of promoting the development of electronic information industry in the Western region. By the systematic, comprehensive and in-depth analyses, this article’s main findings are as follows:electronic information industry in the Western region is less competitive than the eastern region in the area of innovation, production and marketing. At present, there are four models of the development of electronic information industry in the West and most of the provinces are belonged to the development three low model. Compared to Guangdong Province, the four models have a number of problems that require a combination analysis in other provinces.
