Since2005, the fixed-line communications enterprise economic decline year by year, especially the two operators of Unicom and Telecom voice services more present a low and micro patent. Because of this, the Country’s Telecom industry development direction, through Unicom and Netcom restructuring and merger, all management control of fixed-line and mobile had been sent to the new Unicom after the reorganization, the fixed-line and mobile business got new life.However, after the restructuring of the new China Unicom, naturally became the leader of the homogeneous competition, through the low price competition to gain market share is extremely difficult. Face the dilemma, to carry out the necessary market analysis, adjust management strategy, select the most optimal competitive strategy, is a subsidiary urgent to solve the key for Zhangye Unicom branch, so make a more sustainable development of enterprises, operating in healthy and scientific orbit. In addition to this, Zhangye Communication Companies to objectively and fully aware of the competitive landscape, understand the difference of the enterprise and competition, through the enterprise competition strategy demand analysis, find out the deficiency of practical work, adjust the enterprise management and competition strategy, in order to ensure Zhangye Unicom branch occupy the invincible position in the fierce business competition.Based on the competitive strategy theory and the enterprise actual situation to carry out specific analysis, relieving the plight of enterprise development. However, for Zhangye Unicom branch of competition strategy analysis, is advantageous to the Unicom of five northwest provinces or other municipal enterprise development, makes the competition between the industry more reference to develop a new business ideas and development direction.
