At present, the state-owned engineering design enterprises basically completed the reform of enterprise system, the rapid development in the past10years, the scale and scope of business is also expanding,from a long-term perspective,state-owned engineering design industry is facing a good development prospects, but at the same time, we also should see, the current state of engineering design enterprises are facing more and more challenges,Complexity more and more new business management, project management also emerge in an endless stream, which marks the enterprise development to a new stage. More and more enterprises recognize the importance of fine management, trying to get rid of the traditional inertial Mode Design Institute "heavy technology, light management", change management is or make snap or gentle, and constantly promote the promotion of enterprise management. Who can take the lead to break through the bottleneck of management,That can grasp the initiative in the new round of the peak construction comes, to become the industry leader.This paper from the perspective of the compensation design theory, starting from the background of the engineering design enterprise,Combined with the current compensation situation of state-owned engineering design enterprise,using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview survey of pay satisfaction.
