Forest Resources And Assets Assessment In San Menjiang Forestry Farm Based On FSC

Forest as the main body of ecological system and a part of human existence, it not only has great economic benefits, but also plays an important ecological and social benefits.so it is very necessary to sustainable forest management. However, FSC is an effective market mechanism to promote sustainable forest management. Its positive effect on the world forest play has been performing in many countries and regions, it is achievements in promoting ecological, economic, social benefits of forest, there are more and more attention by the FSC of forest products.This paper take the Guangxi state-owned San Menjiang forestry farm as a example, evaluation the forest resources assets before and after the FSC. And through the comparison of the evaluation results, analysis the impact of forest value by FSC, and based on it, analysis the influence on Sustainable Forest Management by FSC. With the results of the study are as follows:(1)It is notsignificant on forest cultivation cost by FSC, but improve the forest harvesting stage timber management cost, the amplitude of variation of cost of Silviculture is2.2%by FSC.(2)Timber value is equal to the forest value investment and timber harvesting stage, the different species of wood value increased by FSC. Chinese fir increased5.56%, Eucalyptus increased fir increased8.70%, pine increased6.72%, broad-leaved tree increased8.47.(3)The wood value increases are higher than the increase incost of Silvicultureby FSC, FSC of forest management can not only reduce the profits, on the contrary, may also increase the business profit margin.(4) Based on the analysis of the effect of forest on the forest assets, combining with thepractical experience of San Mengjiang Forest Farm, analyzes the influence of FSC on Sustainable Forest Management.①In terms of environmental impact, protect the ecological environment of forest, habitat and number of rare animal, and reducing the rare treesdisappear.②In the social aspect, coordinate the relationship between forest workers andsurrounding residents, and improve the visibility of forest.③In the economic aspect, improved the forest assets evaluation value in San Mengjiang Forest Farm, and improve afforestation enthusiasm of farm workers.
