The current stage of development of Russian-Chinese relations is a peak in thehistory of their existence. Not the last role played by the changes occurring in theworld, especially the displacement of the center of force of global development tothe developing countries of the East. In the current situation of the global financialcrisis, countries in the Asia-Pacific region, led by China are the main centers of theworld economy. It was moved here centers of political life and geopolitical interests,and Russia is no exception.In this paper work we research Sino-Russian fuel and energy trade relations onthe example of the largest and the most important components in this field-oil, gasand coal. This work consists of three main parts, each part consists of few chapters,and also, there is an introduction, a conclusion and a reference.The first part is intended to describe the general state of the fuel energy inChina and Russia. First two chapters tell about reserves of Russian and Chineseenergy resources. Second two chapters describe distribution of energy resourceswithin Russia/China and abroad. And the last two chapters in part one inform aboutRussian and Chinese international energy relations with other countries.The second part is the key part, because it directly explores the internationalenergy trade between Russia and China, and analyzes the problems in the field oftrade.The last part, part three, is about main methods of solving problems in the fueland energy trade relations between China and Russia, which includes three mainchapters. The first chapter is about methods of solving delivery problems of energyresources between China and Russia on the main supply routes. The second chapteris about methods of solving major problems of fuel and energy imports from Russiaand China on oil, gas and coal examples. And the last chapter of part three isanalysis of methods of increase energy trade projects.
