Food industry is the basic industry of national economy. But, the currentinternational and domestic economic situation is grim and the corporate investmentand financing behavior is insured which forced small and medium-sized foodenterprises must go on strategy management. Financial strategy management is animportant link in the progress. Also, financial strategy is the important constituent ofenterprise strategy, and it is the important pillar to realize enterprise strategy.QuanZhou XX food limited company is one of small and medium-sized foodenterprises which should consider the situation to make good strategy. However, thereis no clear financial strategy among QuanZhou XX food limited company and thechaos of the financial management is difficult to support the realization of theenterprise strategy and competition strategy. Therefore, QuanZhou XX food limitedcompany must change the financial management status, clear enterprise’s financialstrategy, so as to provide funds to ensure the realization of the enterprise strategy.This article used case analysis and put the QuanZhou XX food limited companyas the research object. What’s more, this article determined the QuanZhou XX foodlimited company’s financial strategy under its financial environment by analyzing theenvironment of this company. At last, we put up with some strategy control measuresto ensure the financial strategy realize.Today,Production steady growth,profit is on the rise, but the stock increases inthe food industry At the same time, the country is trying to ease the small andmedium enterprises "financing difficulties" problem, build and perfect the multi-levelfinancial system, issue a variety of financing preferential policies, encourage to buildsmall financial institutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. The chaoticfinancial management leaded to small and medium-sized food enterprises difficult tosupport the implementation of the transformation of development strategy. Accordingto analyzing the QuanZhou XX food limited company’s internal financialenvironment, it shows the financial character is: first, stable profitability, but development is insufficient, the profit space is limited; Second, stable and abundantcash flow; Third, the weak asset management capabilities; Fourth, the company hasgood liquidity, short-term debt paying ability.Thus, according to financial strategy matrix and stage of development ofenterprise financial strategic choice theory, and combined with the result ofenvironmental analysis, we determine the QuanZhou XX food limited company’sfinancial strategy should be mainly on debt financing strategy, enforce operationalasset management capabilities in order to improve the sustainable growth rate, takesteady investment strategy in the future.Through analyzing QuanZhou XX food limited company’s financial strategy, itcan take an example for other small and medium-sized enterprise to development andfinancial strategies. It also can make small and medium-sized enterprises tocontinuously regulate the behavior of financial management, and set up strategicvision.
