Agricultural development is the foundation of the national economic development,to ensure agricultural sustainable development level of growth, is directly related to thestability of the progress of the national economy and social development. Peasantproblem is the root knot of agricultural development, and the farmers’ income is the coreof the peasant problem, increasing farmers’ income is not only a economic problem, butalso is a social and political problem, therefore has profound significance to increasefarmers’ income. The fundamental problem of farmers’ income problem is how totransfer a large number of surplus rural labor force, agricultural labor force is not pure issurplus, but a serious surplus. In the current situation effectively, a large number oftransfer and absorption of surplus agricultural labor force is only the basic way ofpromoting the urbanization development level, improve the level of urbanization is torealize the peasants’ income, the fundamental starting point to solve the problem offarmers. Is agricultural big province, jilin province in the countryside surplus laborforce, under the background of the farmers’ income level is low, the jilin provinceurbanization development level of the problem of how to increase farmers’ income hasimportant theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper is to increase farmers’ income in jilin province urbanizationdevelopment level of how to promote as the research object. Finally is the empiricalanalysis, this paper use EViews5.0using cointegration and error correction model to testboth short-and long-term relationship, in order to further study the urbanizationdevelopment of the specific influence factors of farmers’ income, this paper obtainedusing grey slope correlation calculation the five factors of urbanization level and thesize of correlation between farmers’ income as well as the relationship between positiveand negative.Through research, this paper analyses the short-and long-term relationship in thejilin province urbanization development and increasing farmers’ income, urbanizationdevelopment level for every increase unit, will promote the farmers’ income increased1.4127units, about22.31%of the farmers’ income in the short term part of deviatingfrom the equilibrium will be fixed. Through the calculation of slope grey correlationdegree, the five factors of urbanization and increasing farmers’ income have positivepromoting relations, five factors and farmers’ income order size of correlation betweeneconomic factors, social factors, environment factors, population factor, space factor.
