| With the advent of global information era, competition among the enterprises notonly exists in products, services and so on, also extends to the information field. Theinformation system supports the enterprise business operations, also plays an importantrole in reducing operating costs and improving enterprise competitiveness. One of thefocuses of enterprise information is evaluation of the matching level of informationtechnology and business, which is a hot spot in the research field. As to enterprise, toevaluate the matching level of information technology and business correctly helpsimprove the success of IS/IT application and effectiveness of IT investment.This article attempts from strategic and tactical two levels to explore matchingevaluation research, and tactical match including structure matching, process matchingand function matching these three dimensions. Based on these four dimensions, thispaper established the evaluation index system of enterprise IT-business matching.Combined with decision laboratory method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, it constructs fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate matchingissues of IT-business.In first chapter, this article elaborated the research background and significance ofIT-business matching degree evaluation. The second chapter carried on the literaturereview of the related research about IT-business matching, mainly expounding thefactors affecting IT-business matching degree.Secondly, in third chapter the paper defined the concept of IT-business matching,on the basis of predecessors’ research, the paper constructed the enterprise IT-business matching degree evaluation index system, including strategic matching,process matching, structure matching and function match four dimensions. On thebasis of the initial index system, the paper amended the indicators further to ensureinternal consistency between indicators. Then based on the evaluation index system,this article combined of decision laboratory method and Fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, constructing the DEMATEL-Fuzzy Logic evaluation method,which applied to the enterprise IT-business matching evaluation for the first time,with theoretical and practical significance.Finally, in the fourth chapter the thesis calculate the weight of index system,including the primary indicators and secondary indicators. In fifth chapter the paper isa case analysis, which applied the IT-business matching evaluation index system and evaluation method to the RL company, verifying the scientific and rationality of indexsystem and evaluation method, and also lay the foundation for the further applicationon enterprise IT-business matching evaluation. |
