With the invention of the computer and the rapid development of networktechnology, human ushered in the third technological revolution represented byinformation technology, information technology and electronic commerce is thecomprehensive changing people’s way of life, there is a very big businessopportunities for enterprises and challenges, on time and space have broken thetraditional restrictions to the enterprise, make enterprise pursuit to providepersonalized services, better meet customer needs. The combination of informationand management at the same time also promoted the management decision-makingand management scientific and efficiency of the process, fast information collectionand transmission is broke the original organization structure, in this case, thetraditional mode of operation has failed to keep pace with the development of TheTimes. So in order to better adapt to the characteristics of network economy,enterprises must fully realize its own development, the opportunities and challenges,of the impact of the use of information technology, formulate and adjust businessstrategy, to carry on the strategic transformation and innovation, efforts to adapt tochanging environment, enterprises in the long-term stable development.Firstly, the network of economic theory, the theory of corporate strategy,strategic management theory summarized, explained the meaning and characteristicsof network economy, on the basis of analysis of the network economy to thetraditional business impact and opportunities: First Enterprise changes in theoperating environment, resulting in further market segmentation, also contributed tothe business model changes; Second degree aggravated competition between existingcompetitors, increased with consumers, suppliers of game difficulty; Third, theimpact of the premise enterprise strategy development, content, implementation andexternal environment. Secondly, based on analysis of network economy on theprinciples of corporate strategic transformation, from enterprise informationmanagement system, the downstream aspects of the supply chain, outsourcing, corporate culture, corporate system analyzes the content of corporate restructuringand reform of the internal network and from build an external network system toexplore the path of corporate strategic transformation. Third, improve the assessmentoversight mechanism, strengthen the management of various departments and set up aseparate mechanism to strengthen cooperation and human resource managementdepartments and other aspects of the business strategy successful transition in theNetwork Economy countermeasures. Finally, A company case studies, theoreticalstudies earlier rose to practical applications, the company’s markets, resources, and afull range of internal and external environmental analysis.
