The Study On The Sustainable Development Of Private Capital Invest The Tourism Industry

With the rapid development of national economy and further perfecting ofmarket economy system, the private companies are expanding rapidly. In the multiplecontext of the economic pattern adjusts constantly, the travel market develops quickly,and the government support and guide private enterprises enter the tourism industry,the private enterprises and the tourism industry can be a very good combination. Theevolution of the travel industry creates a great chance for private enterprises, at thesame time the private capital immits new energy to the progress of the tourismindustry.At present, our country has had preliminary studies on the investment in thetravel industry of the private capital. The studies mainly based on the background ofour big country, and focus on the qualitative research of investment status, patterns,concerns and solutions. There are very few researches take a ‘city’(especially thecities in central China) as a starting point. And they rarely adopt the combination ofquantitative and qualitative methods. As a portal for eastern city in Jiangxi province,there are obvious advantages for the private capital get into the tourism industry inShangrao city, but also many problems—both the social environmental issues in thedevelopment of local tourism, and their own restrictions of private enterprises.This article bases on the point of view of nongovernmental capital invest thetravelling industry, and take the Mount Sanqing Tianyuan Muge Tourist Attraction asan example. This study mainly composes by five sections. Firstly, it expounds therelated ideas and methods of the private capital and tourism industry. Secondly, itanalyzes the basic condition of the travel industry in Shangrao city, and introduces theMount Sanqing Tianyuan Muge Tourist Attraction which provides the basis for laterevaluation. Then, it determines the index system of sustainable evolution of privatefirms invest the tourism industry, calculates the scores of sustainable development ofTianyuan Muge and concludes the stage of its sustainable development. After that, itintroduces the affecting factors for the sustainable development of this area. At last, it puts forward relevant countermeasures about how to promote the development of thescenic area and how to promote the private capital get into the tourism industry. Atlast, this thesis concludes the consequences of the research, and presents theshortcomings, as well as vision for the future.
