Urumqi Urban Resident Affordable Housing System Research

As China’s economic development and the faster pace of urbanization, the urbanresidents of the housing difficulties become one of the biggest problems in the rapiddevelopment of the city. Urumqi city as the capital of Xinjiang, is also facing thehousing problems of low-income families, therefore, study the problem of housingsecurity system for urban residents of Urumqi city construction, have very importantsignificance.In this paper, using the method of literature and comparative analysis, to thehousing security system of Urumqi city urban construction as the main researchobject, based on the introduction of the evolution process of Urumqi city housingsecurity system on the basis of statistical data, and the actual case, the analysis fromthree aspects of affordable housing, low rent housing, housing provident funddiscussed the current situation of Urumqi city housing security system, as well as themain existing problems, mainly including the housing security system is not perfect,affordable housing prices and the purchase object contradiction, low rent housingshortage of funds, and housing provident fund problems, unfair etc. Finally, using forreference of the construction of housing security system and developed city domesticexperience, put forward suggestions for the further improvement, Urumqi cityhousing security system mainly includes: strengthen the housing security systemconstruction and perfect, affordable housing and the purchase object conflicts,broaden the source of low-cost housing finance, housing provident fund for the newposition for the specific measures such as.
