The national require higher quality of living and environment with Chineseeconomic reform and getting more income. Realty industry takes off, and developinghigh-speed. The government had adopted six property fine-tuning,as a result, someinformal real estate companies which lacked went out of business the companies withabundant financial resources got more development space,from1993to2013.Afterthe regulation, there are some middle and small size real estate companies performingwell. Most of these companies carry out geographically dispersed and open up a lot of projects,however,traditional project management will not be suitable for the requirement of theactual situation. So, the problem is that how to choose the projects reasonably, underthe limited resource and the cut-throat competition environment, to maximize thebenefit. The dissertation is about project portfolio management decision, which takeson theoretical significance and realistic meaning.Basing on the research production of the studies, this dissertation discussesthe research background and definites what the real estate company is in the paper first;summary the research findings, and expound notion of project portfolio management,as well as the characteristic of real estate portfolio management; build up evaluationindex system depending on literature which is gathered feasibly. After that,the radarassessment method is used to judge of different projects, and rank them with thescores they get. At last, the project portfolio which maximize the company benefit ischosen through0-1line plan. The positive result of this dissertation is display by a casestudy.
