| The21st century is a new century of the information economy and networktechnology, the network economy will become widespread very quickly. Based on theworld-famous internet company Google, and whose sales channel as the starting point,this article conducted a systematic study in the development of Google China marketoperation.This paper outlines the marketing channels strategy theory, Google’sdevelopment overview, as well as the basic situation of Google China operations;Secondly, the essay summarized the internet companies operating characteristics,profit model, sales channels construction necessity, the analysis of Google China saleschannels, and it’s main problems of construction management, revealing outlines thefundamental causes of the problem.
