The Business Development And Innovation Research Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China Quanzhou Branch

With the advance of industrialization, agriculture gradually become weakindustry, but it offers products related to people’s livelihood, requires specialstate support and protection, and therefore agricultural policy finance gradualrise and mature. Since the Third Plenary Session of the11th CentralCommittee of the Chinese Communist Party the agricultural policy finance ofour country has also been a rapid development, and the establishment of anagricultural policy of the only financial institution in1994–the AgriculturalDevelopment Bank of China(ADBC). With the construction of a new socialistcountryside and the rural financial system reform to comprehensively promotethe deepening, the ADBC will go into an important period of development.This paper discusses that in this particular historical period, with theopportunity of Quanzhou’s becoming the comprehensive financial reformpilot area, the Quanzhou branch of ADBC both adheres to the policy directionof development finance, but also takes advantage in the highly competitiveenvironment of commercial banks, and then would become the "sincereservice, effective development" boutique banks, according to thecharacteristics of the Quanzhou City’s environment and the requirement inbuilding a new socialist countryside of the No.1document in CentralCommittee.This paper applies the policy financial theory, environmental analysistheory, theory of core competitiveness of enterprises and STP theory, firstlyintroduces the background and significance of this research; secondly proceedfrom the development of the agricultural policy finance, introduces China’sonly agricultural policy financial institutions--the Agricultural DevelopmentBank of China. And the Chapter III, Chapter IV, Chapter V are the focus ofthis paper. The third chapter introduces the specific environmental andhistorical periods which Quanzhou branch of ADBC is in; on that basis thefourth chapter analyzes the development status and problems which Quanzhoubranch of ADBC is growing with; The fifth chapter focuses on the credit support of Quanzhou branch of ADBC: the industrialization leadingenterprises, the agricultural small enterprises, the local water conservancyconstruction, and the land purchasing and storage class business of localgovernment and urbanization construction; and added discusses the othersupporting of the construction of Quanzhou branch of ADBC. Finally, thispaper summarizes the main points.
