On the basisof the rural land circulation and the foreign mature countries, analysis of China’s rural land ison the move the struggling cause, such as the thought understanding problem, legal system isnot perfect, the internal tube of diseased, macroscopically system environment are impedingthe important factors of rural land circulation.
