As an important part of China economy,the family business has the most vigor, hasmade an important contribution to the maintenance of social stability and promote economicdevelopment. In the new period of family enterprise in the early stage of reform and openingup, at this stage, the market structure and function are not perfect:firstly,laws and regulationsare not perfect, the implementation of intensity,not in the place to the protect privateproperty;secondly,occupation manager market development is not perfect, credit system wasnot completely established, a high probability of occupation managers appear to impair theenterprise behavior, causes the occupation managers lack of trust, and the resulting viciousspiral;thirdly,influenced by the traditional culture, people have a one-sided understanding offamily business, leads to a certain extent, dimensional development action of familyenterprises.First in this article is a simple introducing the concept and characteristics of familyenterprises、occupation manager and game theory, second is the use of game theory in the“rational man “and “economic man” in economics hypothesis, then according to theautjor,what one sees and thinking himself, using the method of game theory to applying for ajob、salary、profit distribution、occupation(team) five aspects harm business interests and long-term interests of the game analysis, quantitative research and quantitative of variousphenomenons,and for both sides of their ensure the reasonable interests of their own and toprovide some suggestions and reference of cheating prevention, and the object is usingpre-interwention,reducing the risk of occupation managers harm businessinterest,safeguarding legitimate interests of both sides, improving people`s recognition of theextent of occupation managers, and promoting the healthy development of occupationmanager market.Then,with the experience of the case, part of the conclusions of this paper areproved rationally and scientfy.Finally,the shortcoming of this paper is summary, whichdefines the content and direction of further research.
