After reform and openness, the proportion of small and micro enterprises in China’seconomic structure is increasing, and they act as the more important roles in economicdevelopment, besides, the relevant departments of government are paying more andmore attentions to the financing problems of small and micro enterprises, however,the current financial services of commercial banks can not meet the demands of smalland micro enterprises. This paper firstly describes the background of this study andwriting significance, analyses the basic theories of small and micro enterprises’ creditbusiness of commercial banks in China with finance theory, economics principle, andprinciple of management, and explains the obstacles and reasons of extending creditbusiness of small and micro enterprises, thinking that small-scale, singleness ofasset structure, imperfect enterprise systems, low level of credit lead to financingdifficulties. By analysing the very case of China Mingsheng Bank Co., Ltd., theauthor present some problems existing in small and micro enterprises’ creditbusiness, like high financing costs, information asymmetry, imperfect guaranteemode,etc. Then study the general situation of credit business and productinformation of China Mingsheng Bank Co., Ltd.,Finally, analyses its concretemethods for solving credit problem, like lower cost,product mix, multiformguarantee modes, strategic transformation,etc, and it’s actual effect. Solvingfinancing difficulties of small and micro enterprises feasibly, is of great significancefor society and economy of China. The concrete methods of China Mingsheng BankCo., Ltd this paper studied provide a reference for other banks.
