This paper studies done the factors will affect the labor force in search of searchingthrough theoretical analysis of the relevant outcomes of research, combined with thecharacteristics of graduates to identify the factors affecting their search behavior, and searchbehavior directly determines graduates the behavior of his contract, the purpose of the studyis to determine and verify the factors that influence the behavior of graduates contracted toprovide the basis for improving the efficiency of corporate recruiters.Based on the theory of job search market search behavior are more graduates, butstanding enterprise perspective few studies graduates signing acts as a primary part of humanresource management practices, the importance of self-recruitment it being understood thatgraduates enterprise talent pool is an important source of centralized access to humanresources, however, a considerable part of the graduates after the signing of the tripartiteagreement with the recruitment unit, and will not stop searching behavior, once found to bemore suitable for their own job or business, is likely to occur breached a contract. Once thathappens, it means businesses to invest before the human, material and financial resources arein vain, the need to re-recruit, and even missed the opportunity to focus on graduatesentering the labor market. If you want to recruit graduates work smoothly, to the signing ofthe factors that influence the behavior of their understanding, and make appropriate plans.Overall this paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, includingresearch background, purpose and meaning, the main content of the study, ideas andmethods, and possible innovations and shortcomings; second part is the literature review,focus back on the development and content of search theory, discovered reserved wages in thesearch behavior plays an important role, and thus the reservation wage model to study thestatus of employment of the last graduates to understand; third part of the study design,based on a literature study, combined with the conclusion of the interview ultimatelydetermine the object of study, research tools and test questionnaire content; fourth part is theimpact analysis graduates contracted behavioral factors, the research results obtained usingthe method of survey questionnaires recovered after applicable SPSS17.0statistical packagefor statistics; fifth part is to discuss research and management advice, specific analysis basedon the results of statistical analysis and proposed management advice relative; part VI is asummary and outlook for the paper work to complete the review process and the main topicscan be where further development will be discussed.
