| Although the ERP system has being more and more mature in our country, theperformance assessment of ERP system still is the focus of all the enterprises.ERPusers’attitude and behavior are the key to affect ERP system continuous improvement.The purpose of this research is to find out whtether ERP users has difference onperformace assessment with different backgrounds.To do so, we choose four enterpriseswhich have import ERP system for five years.In total,we sent out530questionnaires, and289were returned.After analysis according to the samples, we made relevant inferences and advises basedon the results:(1) The perceived usefulness of ERP user are higher than perceived ease of use;(2) The performance of ERP system in different companies have different reflects;(3) Different ages of ERP user have different reflection in the perceived ease of use;(4) Managers and general staff have different reflection in the perceived usefulness,behavioral intention, and corporate performance;(5) Junior staff are more positive in ERP systems;(6) There is a positive and significant correlation between each module in the presentmodel.which can be used in ERP system continuous improvement for enterprises. |
