Then assess the internal resources of theproject, and to accurately outline the company’s core competitiveness and competitiveadvantage.And through the SWOT analysis， we determine the project’s developmentstrategy.We use business management theory to determine the organizational structure andhuman resources planning. We apply Marketing strategy to select target markets, targetcustomers, and market positioning and formulate sales strategy. Financial projections andanalysis show investors the company’s financial performance, including profitability, solvency，operational capabilities, and development capacity. Finally, we propose the risk strategy andcapital exit planning.
